For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to pay out. If any selection is void, the bet continues with reduced odds based on remaining selections, unless otherwise specified in the bet terms.
All casino games, slots, and live dealer games are provided by third-party software providers and operate according to their published rules and RTPs (Return to Player percentages). Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers and cannot be influenced by jitu69 or players.
For togel (lottery) betting, results are based on official draws from recognized lottery operators. Draw times and results are posted immediately upon official publication. In the event of technical errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds, malfunction of games, or system glitches, jitu69 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If winnings have already been paid due to an error, we reserve the right to deduct the incorrectly credited amount from your account balance.
jitu69 utilizes third-party services for payment processing, game provision, and live streaming. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or issues caused by these third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms imposed by those providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, jitu69's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your jitu69 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Once closed, you will lose access to your bet history and account information. Account closure may be subject to a cooling-off period during which the decision can be reversed.
jitu69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity. In such cases:
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 deducted from the account balance. Accounts with zero balance for 24 consecutive months may be permanently closed.
